Attorney Matthew Taibl is a native of Florida and currently resides in Jacksonville, FL with his family where he serves his community as an auto accident paralegal at Taibl Law. He obtained his bachelors degree in Criminal Justice at Central Connecticut State University in 2007.
After graduation, he worked as a Property and Casualty Claims Insurance Adjuster where he learned the extensive claims process and mastered the ins-and-outs of the insurance industry. Shortly after seeing his mother graduate from law school, he was inspired to use his insurance experience and education to help people in the legal field. Taibl went on to attend and graduate from the University of Massachusetts School of Law - Dartmouth and passed the Massachusetts Bar in 2013. He volunteered as a Special Assistant District Attorney for the Worcester, MA District Attorney's office where he second chaired numerous jury trials and evidentiary motions and went on to serve as a Document Acquisition Specialist for Thomson Reuters Westlaw Court Journal. He was also independently contracted through an Employment Law Firm in Rhode Island to examine collective bargaining agreements and compile determining data into documents to convey compelling testimony for interest arbitration on behalf of North Kingstown, Rhode Island prior to opening his own Personal Injury law office.
In 2015, Matthew returned to his home-state of Florida to be closer to his family and to go into practice with his mother. In 2016, they expanded their operations by opening a second location in downtown Jacksonville that specialized in Personal Injury - Auto Accidents.
Not only has Attorney Taibl been a victim of four automobile accidents himself, but he's also lost three family members and almost lost his mother, all to car accidents. He watched his mother suffer in and out of the hospital after a drunk driver left her with broken ribs, a ruptured spleen and emotional trauma. For this, Attorney Taibl has a strong compassion for people that have been victimized due to someone else's negligence and will fight hard to get them justice.
